Since founding the firm, Mr. Levin has exclusively devoted his practice to the rights of plaintiffs in their pursuit of justice. Mr. Levin does not represent defendant corporations, insurance companies or employers. Previously, Mr. Levin interned for a Justice of the state supreme court and was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity. He is a recipient of the Albert Sidney Burleson Scholarship and the Legal Writing Honors Award. Mr. Levin is a member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States and is licensed by the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. Additionally, he served as the on-air legal expert for a syndicated drive-time radio show from 1994 to 2000.

Mr. Levin has achieved and AV rating by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, a respected source of authoritative and dependable information about members of the legal community for over 130 years. The AV rating is the highest rating awarded by Martindale-Hubbell and reflects an attorney who has reached the height of professional excellence.

Mr. Levin is married and has three children. He coaches his children's soccer teams and is active in civic affairs in his community.
